SUMMARY
We're looking for a bold, courageous marketer to join our leadership team and take ownership of Bluebricks' marketing strategy from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity for someone who's ready to redefine a category, go wild with ideas, and lay the foundation for a world-class marketing organization.
We're seeking a high-potential individual with proven experience in the cloud space, who's not afraid to get their hands dirty and drive results in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
What You'll Own
Lead and execute Bluebricks' brand and product marketing strategy
Own all aspects of content, social media, and the company website
Plan and deliver field marketing initiatives, events, and activations
Champion the Bluebricks brand — building equity, awareness, credibility, and visual consistency
Build and nurture relationships with key tech and cloud communities
Drive thought leadership campaigns that position Bluebricks as a category-defining company
Have the agency and vision to build a world-class, multidisciplinary marketing team as we scale
Lead and grow our internal marketing studio, working closely with creatives and designers
Manage a network of freelancers, contractors, and strategic partners to scale execution
What You’ll Need to Succeed
A relentless execution mindset — you take ownership and consistently deliver on deadlines
Native or fluent US English — you can write, speak, and pitch with clarity and nuance
Experience running video campaigns, activating on Reddit, and engaging in tech communities
A proven track record in at least one core pillar: brand, product, or demand marketing
Deep understanding of the cloud infrastructure space, including DevOps and automation
Comfortable leveraging AI tools for content creation, research, or campaign workflows
A data-driven approach — you use insights to shape strategy and optimize performance
Strong communicator with a high sense of ownership and a bias toward action
A competitive, ambitious spirit — eager to win and disrupt a well-established industry
Don’t forget to mention if you have:
An engineering background or studied engineering at university
Experience working in early-stage startups or fast-paced environments
Worked directly with founders or executive leadership on strategic initiatives
Background in sales, growth, or other go-to-market roles
