The Customer is responsible for its instructions given to Bluebricks (including the decision to activate the Bluebricks AI Tool(s)), and the acts and omissions of its employees, contractors, and any other individuals or users that access or make use of the Services and the Bluebricks AI Tools on the Customer’s behalf or through the Customer’s account (each, a “User”). Certain AI Tools may be subject to additional or specific terms applicable to such AI Tools.
3. Activation of the Bluebricks AI Tools. Users who are designated as administrators may choose whether to activate the Bluebricks AI Tools or decline participation in the Service settings.

5. Customer obligations.
5.1. The Bluebricks AI Tools do not make automated decisions on Customer's behalf and do not autonomously initiate, approve, or execute changes in Customer environments, including deploying changes, applying code, or executing modifications in Customer environments.
5.2. Customer and its Users are solely responsible and liable for reviewing, analyzing, and deciding whether and how to use, modify, or implement any output generated by the Bluebricks AI Tools. Any implementation or use of output must be performed only through Customer's and its Users' affirmative human actions. AI-generated outputs are suggestions and supporting materials and are not intended to replace human review, professional judgment, security review, or established operational processes. Customer acknowledges that human review is required prior to any use or implementation of output.
5.3. Customer and its Users are solely responsible and liable for performing all checks, validations, and testing necessary or appropriate to verify any output before use or implementation, including to identify and mitigate security risks and potential vulnerabilities and for ensuring the security, stability, and intellectual property compliance of any code or configurations used or implemented based on AI-generated output. Customer and its Users are also responsible for ensuring that any final implementation of output complies with applicable open-source licenses and related attribution notice, disclosure, and source-availability requirements. Bluebricks does not represent or warrant that any output has been validated, tested, or checked, and Customer remains responsible for independent validation, testing, and secure deployment practices.
6. Ownership. You own the inputs and code you provide to the AI (if any). Subject to your compliance with the Terms and this Policy, we claim no ownership over the code snippets and the outputs provided to you.
7. AI Tools General Limited Warranty.
7.1. Bluebricks warrants that the Bluebricks AI Tools will be provided and operated in accordance with the applicable documentation. This limited warranty does not apply to, and Bluebricks does not warrant, the accuracy, completeness, reliability, non-infringement, or suitability of any AI-generated output, nor any decisions, actions, deployments, or outcomes based on reliance on such output.
7.2. OUTPUTS GENERATED BY THE AI TOOLS ARE PROBABILISTIC IN NATURE AND MAY BE INCOMPLETE, INACCURATE, OR PRODUCE UNINTENDED RESULTS. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE RELIED UPON AS DEFINITIVE, AUTHORITATIVE, OR AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR HUMAN REVIEW, PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT, SECURITY REVIEW, OR ESTABLISHED OPERATIONAL OR BUSINESS DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUEBRICKS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DECISIONS, ACTIONS, DEPLOYMENTS, OR OUTCOMES TAKEN BY CUSTOMER AND ITS USERS IN RELIANCE ON SUCH OUTPUTS.
8. Monitoring. Bluebricks is under no obligation to monitor Customer activities in relation to Customer’s use of the Bluebricks AI Tools. However, Bluebricks may screen and/or monitor any content uploaded, submitted, and/or transmitted through the Bluebricks AI Tools, at any time and for any reason, to ensure and enforce compliance with this Policy, the Terms, and any applicable law and to maintain service integrity, prevent abuse, fraud, and address security issues.
9. Remedies. In addition to any other remedies available to Bluebricks, if Bluebricks reasonably determines that Customer input or Customer’s (and its User’s) use of the Bluebricks AI Tools violates this Policy, the Terms, or applicable law, Bluebricks may implement measures to address such violation, including removing or restricting access to the Bluebricks AI Tools, the Services, and/or suspending access to the affected services or functionalities, or terminating the Terms.
10. Policy Updates. From time to time, Bluebricks may modify and update this Policy by posting a revised version, together with a notice of such update, by sending an email notification to Customer’s point of contact or admin user. Customer’s continued use of the Bluebricks AI Tools following the effective date of such modifications shall constitute Customer’s acceptance of the modified Policy.
11. General. All sections from the Terms not specifically modified herein shall be applicable to this Policy, including, without limitation, the Terms’ limitation of liability. In case of any ambiguity or contradiction between the Terms and this Policy with respect to the Bluebricks’ AI Tools, this Policy shall prevail.
